On arrival in Bulawayo, after having
cleared Zimbabwe Customs and Immigration, you will be met by a
representative of the Amalinda Collection, who will be holding a
placard with your names on it. (Flight costs excluded from

When it comes to wildlife sightings,
patience pays off. We offer multiple “hides” and platforms
throughout the concession where those who wait will often be
rewarded with up close and personal encounters with a variety of
wildlife. Set out at the break of dawn when animals are most
active, whether venturing into the renowned Hwange National Park
or exploring our expansive 15,000-acre private concession. The
opportunity to catch cats on the hunt is high in the light of
early morning.
Evening drives set out just before
golden hour, another time of day when animals are most active.
Huge herds of elephants and buffalo can usually be found near
the watering holes as the sun sets.
At a time to be advised, transfer
from Ivory Lodge to Hwange Airport for you light aircraft
transfer to Victoria Falls Airport, where you will be met by a
member of the transfer company, for your onward road transfer to
Victoria Falls.

something you will never forget and the best way to see them is
on a guided tour. Discover how the Falls were formed and what
local customs and traditions surround them. These tours are
extremely informative and end with a visit to the local art and
crafts center. Please ensure you are wearing trainers or
sneakers, you have a hat, sunblock, your refillable water bottle
and a plastic bag to put your phone into to keep if dry from the
