Welcome
to Cape Town! You will be met at the door of your aircraft
with your name on a paging board and assisted through
immigration, baggage collection and customs. Please note
that an Immigration Fast Track Service is not available in
Cape Town. You will then be shown to your awaiting transfer
vehicle.
Should your arrival aircraft be directed to the
apron and not the terminal, you will be transported to the
terminal by bus. As you step off the bus, your Meet and
Greet will be waiting for you with the paging board.

Day 2
Cape Town City Tour: Private Half Day
The tour
commences with a tour of Table Mountain (weather permitting;
cable car fee not included). Enjoy panoramic views over the
Mother City and the Atlantic Seaboard with Robben Island in
the distance lying sleepily in Table Bay harbour.

Mountain Aerial Cableway: Return Afternoon Peak Season

The Table Mountain Aerial Cableway
opened its doors to its first visitors on 4 October 1929.
Since then, it has had many
upgrades, bringing it to the
point where it can safely welcome an average of 800 000
visitors each year. The round cable cars take about 5 – 10
minutes to carry 65 passengers from Tafelberg Road to the
top of Table Mountain and they gently rotate, offering 360
degree views on the way.
Please note: Please remember to
have your tickets with you to gain access.
The cableway
is usually closed for annual maintenance from the last week
of July to Mid August.
In the city itself, stop at the
Company Gardens. Enjoy a walk through the garden and a visit
to the South African Museum.
This is followed by a visit
to the Castle of Good Hope. Built between 1666 and 1679 by
the Dutch East India Company (VOC) as a maritime
replenishment station, the Castle of Good Hope is the oldest
surviving colonial building in South Africa. The drive
through the city centre would also take you past the Houses
of Parliament, the Grand Parade and City Hall from where
Nelson Mandela first addressed South Africans after his
release in February 1990. Return to your hotel upon
completion of the tour.

Day 3
Cape Point & Peninsula: Private Full Day
Today
you embark on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Take in
the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, before crossing over
to Hout Bay, where you may choose to join an optional boat
cruise to Seal Island.
From here you drive to the Cape of
Good Hope Nature Reserve via Chapman's Peak, one of the
world's most breathtaking coastal drives, where you will
board a funicular (optional and for your own account) to get
to the top of the Peninsula to witness the symbolic meeting
of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans and enjoy spectacular
views over False Bay.
After lunch (for your own account),
continue to Simonstown, the naval base, and visit the
African Penguin breeding colony at Boulders Beach. Then stop
at the world-renowned Kirstenbosch Gardens before arriving
at your hotel for overnight.

Winelands Tour: Private Full Day
This delightful drive
winds its way to the heart of the Cape Winelands, through
superb mountain ranges, vineyards and Cape Dutch homesteads.
Head off to the wine country via the N2 to the heart of
South Africa's wine industry, Stellenbosch, boasting great
beauty and culture that is steeped in South African history.
Walk down the canal-lined avenues, in the shade of giant oak
trees and beautifully preserved historic buildings. With the
sheer vastness of wine estates on offer, we are truly spoilt
for choice when we enjoy our first wine tasting of the day
at the Waterford Estate or similar.
Travel over the
Helshoogte Pass to the town of Franschhoek, historically
dating back to the 17th century when the French Huguenots
arrived. Billed as the Gourmet Capital of South Africa, this
charming town, in a most picturesque valley, retains a
French Huguenot style. We enjoy a wine tasting before taking
time to enjoy the fabled culinary skills of the Franschhoek
chefs at one of the many award winning restaurants (lunch
not included in cost).
Onward to Paarl, one of the Cape’s
first farming districts. The town is set at the foot of the
cluster of remarkable granite domes from which it takes its
name. Our last stop for the day is at a wine estate on the
Paarl wine route.
We return to the bustle of city life
after an enthralling day in the countryside, arriving back
at the hotels at approximately 17:30

Pom Pom Camp

Set within a private concession in the Okavango Delta, on the boundary of the Moremi Game Reserve, Pom Pom Camp is surrounded by the stunning scenery of the channels and waterways. 9 traditional safari tents, on raised decks, are constructed of thatch and canvas, and nestle under shady trees. The beautiful vistas over the Pom Pom Lagoon, with its reeds, water-lilies and superb birdlife, may be enjoyed from private verandas.
Open-sided and authentic, the main
lodge offers spaces for guests to unwind in between day and
night game drives, or mokoro excursions. Because of the
diverse landscape, a wide range of animals and birds may be
appreciated on both land and water. Meals are served in the
dining area, or in the outdoors boma. Cool off in the pool,
on warm summer days, or settled around a fire, in the winter
evenings.

experience the wonders of the Okavango Delta. In the company
of a professional poler with vast experience of the Delta,
you will be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of this
unique habitat and learn about the waterways and wildlife.
Fishing is also possible at Pom Pom, and our guides will be
happy to take you to their secret spots to try for Pike and
a variety of Bream species.
There is no better way to
truly experience the African bush than a guided walk, and

It is surrounded by far reaching vistas over seasonal floodplains, game-rich landscape and the palm-fringed Island. 16 vintage-style tents (including a family and honeymoon tent) are built on raised platforms and boast private wooden decks and stunning views.
Thatched and spacious, the open-plan central areas include lounges, a bar, dining area and a deck overlooking the Boro River. Float along lush channels on guided mokoro excursions. Adjacent to Moremi, on the south eastern side of the Delta, the Rra Dinare camp overlooks the Gomoti River floodplains. 8 tented canvas suites, including a family tent, are attractive and appealing and overlook floodplains. They are well furnished for convenience and have en-suite bathrooms and a private outdoors shower.
Day and night game drives take place within the private concession and there are seasonal water activities and game walks. Central areas are open, thatched spaces where guests can relax in comfort while watching the birds and wildlife in the natural surrounds. falls. It is the closest hotel to the Victoria Falls. 56

floor rooms feature balconies while those on the ground
floor open out onto attractive gardens.
Old-world and
colonial in feel, the lovely guest spaces include a thatched

Sunset Cruise -
Pontoon Boat: Scheduled 2 Hours
This afternoon you are
transferred to the jetty, where you board a comfortable
vessel with plenty of seating, open sides and a canopied
roof. From here you cruise along towards Palm lsland and
Kandahar lsland to enjoy a picturesque African sunset on the
Zambezi River.
This cruise is a superb way to relax and
enjoy the beauty of the River, with the opportunity to see a
variety of game; including hippo, crocodile, elephant and
many different bird species.
A luxury catamaran that cruises the Zambezi River, the Zambezi Explorer is the sleekest and largest cruise boat operating on the Zimbabwean side. This modern catamaran lets you enjoy the best of this mighty river, its abundant wildlife and scenic Zambezi sunsets, in comfort and style with seating capacity for 150 passengers spread across three decks. Deck 1 and 2 seat 60 passengers each, bench style, or bar chairs and stools with cushions. Deck 3 is the Signature Deck with capacity for 30 passengers in comfortable lounge chairs and sofas. Tour of the Falls: Private 2 Hours
The Victoria Falls reaches its zenith in about May each year. It is a truly awe-inspiring experience – the sight, the sound, the smell and the humbling feeling that here indeed, is Natures Supreme Masterpiece. No photograph can begin to depict the reality and nothing prepares you for your first sight. This tour is conducted in the morning and afternoon and is 2 hours in duration.
You will be accompanied through the
Rainforest by a qualified Guide, who gives a brief history
of the Falls and the surrounding flora, fauna, bird and
wildlife. Raincoats and camera protective bags are provided
when needed.
