Day 1 - Victoria Falls
You will be met at Victoria Falls Airport by the transfer company who will be waiting in arrivals with your name on a sign. You will be transferred to Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. (Bed and Breakfast Basis)

Built of thatch and timber, the lodge rises several levels, giving the impression of a vast open-plan tree house. Our rooms all have private balconies, most of which overlook a central waterhole, offering the opportunity to observe herds of buffalo, elephant and kudu, as the sun goes down, and hyenas later in the evening.
Dining options include the a la carte MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant, the more casual Buffalo Bar and The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show. The Boma Café, set in a tranquil garden setting and located close to the Lokuthula Lodges, offers breakfast and light meals until 4.30pm.
Day 2 - Victoria Falls
There are many activities available in Victoria Falls and we are happy to provide you with details and book these. We recommend a sunset river cruise, helicopter flight over the falls and of course seeing the falls themselves. You do not need a guide to do so as the paths are clear and well signposted but we are happy to arrange one for you, lunch at The Lookout Cafe is a great way to finish as it has spectacular views over the gorge.
Day 3 - Hwange National Park
You will have a transfer of about 2.5 hrs to Hwange Main Camp where you will be met by your transfer and taken on a scenic drive to The Hide Safari Camp. Here your activities include game drives, walks or sitting in camp watching the waterhole from the comfort of the cool deck or a hide closer to the action.

Located in a prime position in Hwange National Park, The Hide offers a life-enriching safari experience for its guests, from its fantastic game viewing right on your doorstep, to a variety of daily activities to suit everyone and the warm and welcoming staff, who make you feel like family from the minute you arrive.
Guests are accommodated in 10 beautifully-furnished deluxe tents, all boasting en-suite bathrooms and private verandas overlooking the busy waterhole. As well as 2 exclusive use options for private groups or families. Keep your binoculars on hand, as elephant, lion and buffalo can often be seen satisfying their thirst.
Days 4 and 5 - The Hide Safari Camp, Hwange National Park
Adventures include day and night game drives, guided bush walks and exceptional game viewing in the seclusion of the camp’s unique underground hides. For those who are a little more adventurous, The Dove’s Nest Treehouse is available at no extra charge. Located 10 minutes away from camp, this rustic gem sleep out has the perfect vantage point from which to view wildlife safely, quietly.
After an exhilarating day of game viewing, guests can retreat to the cool refuge of the camp’s swimming pool and can enjoy delectable meals savoured al fresco or in the elegant dining room.
Walking and game drives will allow you the opportunity to observe elephant, kudu and sable antelope, zebra, wildebeest, gemsbok, the rare and endangered roan antelope, buffalo, giraffe, white rhino, lion, leopard, hyena, and many other wildlife species.
Day 6 - Hwange to Amalinda Lodge, Matobo National Park
After breakfast you will be transferred the 1.5hr drive to Hwange Main Camp. Here you will have a transfer of about 4 hours to Amalinda Lodge within Matobo Hills National Park. Here your activities include game drives, walks, swimming in the natural rock swimming pool, exploring rock paintings and more.
Amalinda Lodge, an African inspired refuge, where world-class facilities combine with the spiritual energy, allure and unique beauty, for which the Matobo Hills is so celebrated. The granite domes and castle kopjes of the Matobo Hills, Zimbabwe, are among the most majestic rock sceneries in the world. Nestled in this unique range of hills is Amalinda Lodge, situated only 45kms from Bulawayo.
Amalinda consists of nine individually thatched rooms including 3 honeymoon suites, 3 family rooms, 2 double rooms & 1 single room, which are all set into the huge boulders. Each room is steeped in African historical artefacts of a bygone era and tucked away into an ancient bushman’s shelter, Amalinda Lodge’s charm will leave an indelible impression on every visitor.
Days 7 and 8 - Amalinda Lodge, Matobo National Park

Day 9 - Depart
Sadly your last day has arrived and you will have a transfer to the Bulawayo Airport to connect with your onward flight back home
